Where is the best place to find out the earliest date when a particular school will accept applications?

Any advice appreciated, thanks.

On the LSAC website when you add a school to your school list, it will show a grayed-out option for next cycle's app once they've announced the date it will be available. Then of course, on that date it won't be greyed-out and you'll be able to start the app. Most schools are 8/15 or 9/1 IIRC.

I think dates start coming out during the summer. Generally it's around 9/1, with a few schools earlier and a few schools later.
