Law School Application-Resume
For the resume that i send into law schools, is it better to list dates as seasons or months?

Have you only had seasonal jobs/internships/etc.? If so, go ahead and use seasons. Otherwise, months. Keep it consistent though.

I like seasons because it masks work gaps.

+1. You're fine either way, just be consistent about it.JazzieShizzle wrote:Have you only had seasonal jobs/internships/etc.? If so, go ahead and use seasons. Otherwise, months. Keep it consistent though.

I used months, seemed weird to use seasons. But I agree with those above that as long as you are consistent, it won't matter.

What if you have substantial work experience and have been out of college for a while? My understanding is that in this case, you don't use months.
What I did was use years for work/internship experience and did semesters for my extracurricular under my university heading.

Re: Law School Application-Resume
I decided to go with dates. It was just too hard to categorize seasons when i have employment that goes from feb-august or july-dec. I'm also applying for jobs and i'm guessing that employers definitely are going to want dates (or at least will be slightly suspicious to the use of seasons)...?
