I'm interested in knowing this too. Why would it make a difference though? If you send in your applications before recs are in, wouldn't it be incomplete and there won't be any action on the part of the school until everything is in? I'm not seeing the advantage of having a partial application in.

the deadline refers to "LSAC complete" which usually only takes a day or two at the most. the school status of "complete" does not matter for deadline purposes.
