Name and LSAC Number on Attached Documents

Post by thislamp » Sat Jan 25, 2014 6:12 pm

So I just submitted my apps to both Duke and Georgetown, and only after submitting those two did I start noticing that other schools require you to put your name and LSAC number as headers on your attached documents. I didn't do this. Does anyone know if Duke and/or Georgetown ask you to include that information, and does anyone know how bad it is that I didn't do so??!!!

Thank you.

Look it up for those schools. But in general, it's good practice to include name and LSAC # for all documents sent in the header. It won't make or break you, though.
