LSAT increase addendum ( where to upload it?)

I had a substantial score increase, 167-> 177

But for some schools (namely Georgetown and Michigan) there doesn't seem to be any reasonable place in the application to upload an addendum.

What should I do?

Personally, I wouldn't (and didnt with a very similar jump).
