Splitter-friendly schools

Does anyone know whether splitter-friendly schools like UVA & Northwestern have GPA floors?

With a 170:
At Northwestern, you can have any GPA you like.
At UVA, you need a 3.0

Got WL at UVA with a 3.4 still waiting to hear from NU though

WUSTL is very splitter friendly

I know at least one UVA admit with a sub-3.0. 175+ LSAT though.
