Undergrad School mean LSAT + GPA
About 6 years ago a thread was made http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... =2&t=19882 compiling average LSAT scores for undergrad schools. However, I'm sure many of these numbers have changed (both schools I attended have changed pretty significantly), so I wanted to come up with a new list. You can find the mean LSAT in your academic summary report on LSAC. If you don't wish to publicly report your undergrad school you can PM me, and I'll post it. The +/- number next to the LSAT score is the difference from 5-6 years ago. Also add your undergrads mean GPA, which can also be found on the LSAC report.

Cool thread. Does it surprise anyone else how low these are? Seems to me there's a lack of knowledge about importance of the LSAT + studyability of the LSAT. I would think there should be a lot more schools scoring around 165 than there actually are.

Re: Undergrad School mean LSAT
Yeah it surprised me as well. However, every school so far has either increased it's mean or stayed the same (apart from Rutgers), so I guess more test takers are becoming educated on the importance of prepping.nothingtosee wrote:Cool thread. Remember that those are average GPAs for people applying to law school, not the entire school.Gucci Mane wrote:lol @ the GPA inflation going on at the Ivy league schoolsDr.Zer0 wrote:HTH

Ithaca College
153/3.35.
I haven't met anybody on my campus who has scored higher than the 150s, and there are a lot of people there who are planning to go to law school after graduation.

Why? I know that chick. She's cute, but in an average way. She's one of those women you think is really hot until other REALLY hot women show up.Carter1901 wrote:Amazing avatar, well played.nothingtosee wrote:Cool thread. Re: Undergrad School mean LSAT
The score comparisons can be misleading unless all of the scores now and 5 years ago correspond to the same percentile, which I believe is false. For example, 162 use to be 87th 2 years back, it is only 85th now

Re: Undergrad School mean LSAT
Are you guys finding the school's medians and means explicitly listed on your Academic Summary Reports? The closest I can find on mine is this:

I can use that to figure out rough medians for the LSAT and GPA, but it seems like some of you are posting exact information.
ETA - Also, would the numbers on the Academic Summary Report be the most current ones for the school, or from the year my degree was awarded?
