I already got my three letters of recommendations thinking that I would be applying this year (for admission in September 2014), but I decided to postpone a year.
Can I use them for applying for admission in September 2015? And do I need to buy the CAS again??

No, I'm in a similar situation and letters of recommendation will last for five years. You wont need pay for the CAS service again either.
