T14 that require multiple LSAT addendum?

Anyone know if there are T14 schools that require an addendum for a change in multiple LSAT scores? I've submitted most of my applications already but wondering if I need to send an addendum to any of them. I had a 4 point increase from June to October and then another 6 point increase from October to December. I don't have much to say beyond more targeted preparation so I'm not that keen on doing one if I don't have to.
