3.4/150 URM

Hi all! Just got the bad news in the form of a three digit number. Just wanted to know your thoughts on my chances of getting into a top 50 school/Loyola (Los Angeles).

Urm: Puerto Rican
Public Ivy
Working at a Fortune 100 company
Excellent LORs and softs.
