I think since the resume is more skimmed than really read, I don't think that'll be a huge deal. You should update the addendum if anything. As far as actually updating the addendum, you can either hope they don't notice it (they probably will), or draw their attention to it yourself. Either way, they're likely gonna see it.

Idk and idk if advice on this can even be parsed that way. If it's making you this nervous, you should just update them all.
