Transcript Question
The form that must be sent with the transcripts on LSAC that we have to sign. Can we sign that and fax or email a copy to our undergrad school to put with the transcript or must we hand the school a hard copy of it signed to put with the transcript? Also, is it correct that we cannot just send that form to LSAC? Any info on this would be appreciated...

Yes you can scan and email it to the UG. But they have to put that form in the envelope they are sending to LSAC with your transcript sealed together in the same envelope. That form has to be sent by your UG in the same envelope as your transcript. Make sure your sign the form before your scan, the one they send does not need to be a hard copy.
