Applications are 100% done on LSAC, how do I submit them?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but 'Step Three' where you continue and pay is grayed-out and won't let me click on it. It's extremely frustrating.

I had, and still wasn't getting anything, but I just closed out my browser and logged back in, and now everything seems to be working.

False alarm, everyone.

That happened to me as well when I was using Chrome. Glad to hear it fixed itself for you!
