Probably, but not as bad as not disclosing it again and then having it come up during bar C&F.
You can either specifically mention in the addendum that you forgot to include it in last year's applications, or just hope they don't compare them. Not sure which is your better option.

Related question: should we disclose if we were only issued a citation and paid a fine? No arrest, no backseat of a police car. They told us it was a "traffic citation" and removed it from record once the fine was paid.
