Forgot to Add December 2013 LSAT?? HELP

Hey guys, I forgot to add that I was going to take the December LSAT, but turned in a couple of my apps already. If I am satisfied with my older school and want to get the ball rolling on my apps should I wait a bit before letting them know or do I have to let them know right away? Or can I wait until results are out and they are sent automatically?
