Resume Question

Post by burtmacklin » Mon Nov 04, 2013 2:35 pm

Hey guys, so usually I have a section on my resume that lists special skills, e.g. computer programs I'm familiar with (Quickbooks and such), languages, things like that. My question is, since that kinda stuff doesn't apply much to law school (maybe the languages but not all that much), should I delete that section to make room for a couple more undergrad activities that I have no room for right now? Or should I treat this the same way as a professional resume?

if your language skills are taking 2 years of Spanish in high school then I wouldn't list it. If you are fluent in multiple languages I would certainly put that on there somewhere. Same applies to the computer skills, if they are actually impressive then include it.

Maybe put one line about each undergrad activity or find a way to get everything on there.
