Do acceptance and scholarship offer come at the same time?
Does scholarship come later? If so, when?

They usually do not come at the same time, the only exception I could think of is being admitted through Northwestern's as an Early Decision applicant. If you are receiving any scholarship, it'll come later in the cycle. Depends on the school, but you could receive scholarship information as early as December or as late as when your seat deposit is almost due.

Future 0L here too, although a couple years out still. I've read a lot about people using schools' offers and making them compete against each other, but then I read that some schools don't offer your financial aid packages until you put a deposit down. (I believe Georgetown one of them) Did I just misread it or is that the case, and if so how does that all work?

No. I got mine a few months apart.
