Question about Applications

On the education part, the question that states: List the academic honors and awards, or other recognitions you have received. Is it okay to include dean's list and athletic-academic awards?

Or is it redundant if they are on your resume?

Yes, list them.

A lot of stuff is repeated on your resume. Still fill it out.
