Value of Publishing in an Undergraduate Law Review/Journal
How valuable is it to get published in an undergraduate law review/journal? Various high-ranking colleges offer students from all across the country the opportunity to submit articles. I graduated in 2011, but am still eligible to submit to some of these journals. I’m wondering how valuable something like this is in terms of the law school admission process. Is it worth the time and effort to research, edit, and add to a paper I wrote a couple years ago?
I already have a few undergraduate conference presentations and I also wrote and defended an undergraduate thesis. However, only one of these presentations actually directly pertained to law. Plus, I haven't really done anything academic in the past couple years since graduation.
Thanks!

I don't think it will have any value. Definitely not enough to merit the time and energy unless you're working less than full-time

Solid soft, but nothing game-changing.

I guess it would demonstrate interest, but otherwise sounds of pretty limited benefit.

I mean think about what it is really -- you, a person with no real legal education, have succeeded in convincing a bunch of other people with no legal education to publish your article on a legal topic. So I don't see how that could carry much academic prestige.
