Once I purchase CAS, am I able to use it right away for LOR, transcript, etc. or is there a processing time? I am planning on getting a LOR this week and want to invite my prof to have the letter/send it electronically thru CAS.
Do I go on a separate site to use this or is everything still through LSAC?
On the shopping cart, CAS asks for my mailing address so they can send me stuff. What exactly do they mail?

And you'll be able to start submitting things as soon as you register. Which you have to do anyway, so you should have already done it instead of worrying about this
