No, don't write anything. Loads of schools assign study abroad credit in the same way.

You're fine, don't worry about an addendum (especially for course titles that are relatively close). And be thankful that it says "Advanced Legal Studies in Business" rather than "Special Topics," which is what my school put down for a couple of my abroad courses!
