First things first, a 3.71 seems a little low for the grades you've posted. Were some of those high school CC grades for more credits than your other classes? Or are a fair number of your As in lower-credit courses? Or both?

Anyway, your GPA will almost certainly keep you out of YS. Your 4.0 after high school is basically the equivalent of a decent soft; it's impressive, but adcomms are still going to look at your overall GPA. (It's most helpful to you at the schools with the most "holistic" admissions --Y, S, and B -- but it only moves you from effectively zero chance to a very, very slight chance at Y and S.) You have a pretty good shot at H, especially since the applicant pool will further contract this cycle. You're above their increasingly soft 3.7 floor, which is still important. I agree with Ti Malice. 3.71 seems a little low. I'd apply to Y/S anyway. However I think your most likely destination is H or CCN with $$$.
