I received two DR grades on my transcript for spring 2013, I was assured by my school they were non-punitive - but now looking over my transcript the Grade says DR and the credits earned says 0, but the credits attempted says 3 for each... What kind of a pickle am I in? What should I do? Is there anything I can do?

Actually I may take that back as my transcript says 3 credits next to the course name, then a 0, then the DR, then nothing ( whereas other classes go 3, 3, A, 12) Is the 12 the credits gained, and the 3 credits attempted?
