I don't know the answer, but I can tell you that you must report it unless the app's language specifically excludes non-U.S. arrests and convictions (and I certainly never saw any that did). C&F will run FBI, DOJ, Interpol, etc. on you, and if this turns up and you didn't disclose it when you should have, you will not be admitted to the bar.
