LOL, QFPmeadow201 wrote:Have any of you ever had protracted calls with LSAC? I called them, and during the call several spots of confusion came up. For example, they said something about a "second recalculation." So I asked them does this mean it's already been recalculated once, so this is 3rd calc, or is this the second calculation?
We kept an even and professional tone the whole way but I worry that nitpicking like this will cause them to get annoyed with me and round my gpa down or something.

Well the answer is obvious...meadow201 wrote:serious
You are clearly screwed, LSAC doesn't take mess from anybody. They time your phone calls and keep record of how many times you have called and if they don't like what they see, maybe that 3.XX turns into a 2.XX. Sorry man, try grad. school.

LSAC is clearly annoyed enough with you that they'll shave a point off your GPA and refuse to process your LSAT. Better luck next time.

Absolutely. That's exactly the kind of mess they refuse to take.meadow201 wrote:it's not how many times I contacted. I just emailed twice (one follow-up to the other), and called to ask for clarification. If LSAC sees this as redundant pestering, you think they would think that what I did was "mess" that they don't take?

Because you are obviously worry ridiculously about things that are not possible. You might as well worry about not getting to start law school because of the alien invasion that starts in october.meadow201 wrote:how am I fucked?nothingtosee wrote:Ur fucked, but this should be a good life lesson in respecting your superiors

Dude they're not going to round down your GPA. What you should really be worried about is their close connections with the admissions deans at all the schools, who they will definitely tell about your egregious lack of respect and arrogance.

It should be fine as long as you adhered to the strict LSAC rules of decorum by addressing the representative as "Sir" or "Ma'am" throughout the call.
....You did do that, right?
