Minor Infractions at UG

Post by RobertGolddust » Fri Jul 12, 2013 7:19 pm

If I had a few minor infractions, written up for a fight and caught smoking in the dorms, at an undergraduate university that I did not graduate from, do I need to disclose them?

You need to disclose what the application requires you to disclose. From my experience, Most ask the questions very broadly - "have you ever been sanctioned by a school" - you're going to law school so parse the language of the disclosure section and disclose what you believe is required. If you lie, you're only compounding past mistakes because schools don't care about truly "minor infractions"
