When to get letters of recommendation
I know the application process starts in the fall but could I have my transcripts and LOR sent to LSAC right now?

Right after you create your LSAC account, you can send away! It sometimes takes several weeks to process the stuff (assuming it doesn't get lost or whatever), so the earlier the better!campocr2013 wrote:I know the application process starts in the fall but could I have my transcripts and LOR sent to LSAC right now?

Perhaps a relevant question - can we send transcripts/LORs before paying for CAS?

I don't think so because when you send a LOR (or transcript for that matter) you have a cover sheet that has a bar code they scan which sets the document (LOR/trans.) to your CAS account. I don't see how they could hold it for you without this.BlueGiraffe wrote:Perhaps a relevant question - can we send transcripts/LORs before paying for CAS?
Edit.
Remember CAS is good for 5 years so there is really no issue with registering too early.
