Would a schedule of 5 classes, the standard number of classes at my university, consisting of the following look bad (like I'm just doing it for the gpa)? My gpa should be around or above HYS median

1. Gen ed requirement
2. intro class (but major requirement)
3. Random intermediate class in a subject that interests me
4. same as 3
5. Fun drama class

I would apply senior fall. My transcript is already pretty rigorous except for one semester, and I'm aiming for CCN and up.

You'll be fine, assuming your schedule won't compromise your GPA. My last UG semester was a joke (to give you an idea, I took a class called "Decision Making and Life Planning" or something like that).

No. Not at all. Just take easy classes and pad your GPA
