Since classes aren't solidified until orientation, schools don't release medians until then. You can make guesses in the meantime, but I wouldn't count on LSN being a representative sample.

is lsn extrapolating from its data or does it somehow have newly released data?
Just use the USNWR rank to have affected the medians.
