The ranking methodology is heavily directed to the school's ability to place students in biglaw. It ignores public interest concerns completely.

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one peeved about that. I'd rather glue bread to my body, lay on a bench at the park, and be pecked to death by birds than go into big law.

No ranking system can be perfect, but this methodology is certainly a huge, huge improvement over the ridiculous methodology used by USNWR.
