updated grades

I was accepted into several great tier 1 law schools. The problem: I received a D (still passing grade) in my last semester...will the law schools rescind my acceptance letter?

Probably not, but there's no use worrying about it. You'll have to submit your transcripts to them either way. Send them in. Call up their admissions office and ask them about it if you want to get an answer sooner.

While I don't know how the school will react in your situation, I have seen this happen to other students and they didn't have their admissions withdrawn.
