Retaking LSAT for WL@UCLA

Post by W417L1s73D » Thu Apr 04, 2013 3:04 am

So I got waitlisted at UCLA with a 3.3/166. I have already informed the adcoms that they're my number one choice and am drafting a LOCI, but I was wondering would retaking the LSAT in June help for UCLA? 166 was below the average of what I was scoring before I took the December LSAT, and I freaked out on the actual test, so I'm quite confident I can score higher if I retake it. I did searches on TLS forums as well as other sources on the internet but there wasn't a consensus in whether or not this is helpful. Does anybody know UCLA's perspective on this?

You only applied to one school?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I also got into other schools (top 20) but UCLA remains my top choice. If I do not get into any other schools, I will put in a deposit for one of those other schools and continue working to get off the waitlist

UCLA definitely considers the highest score. Retake.
