2 majors in 4 years = better chances?
So, do admissions officers even care if you were able to complete 2 majors in four years with a high GPA?

Maybe, if it was something prestigious like the m&t program at penn (joint program between Wharton and engineering), and you were being compared to an applicant with similar stats.
But for the most part, no.
