Didn't like my cycle this year, so i'm going to retake and hopefully get some more work experience and apply again early next cycle.
When you apply again (to the same schools), do you use the same letters of recommendations? Do you use the same personal statement? Or do you start all over?

It depends on the school. Some explicitly say that they will have LORs on file, want a new personal statement, etc. It may be best to check what the school website says and/or directly ask them what their policies are.
