I'm currently a senior finishing up undergrad in May. I have talked to two professors about LOR's and they agreed. However, I'am applying next cycle. Should I tell them to submit it the LSDAS now or obtain the hard copy? Or do something else. Thanks

Have them send it to LSAC. It's valid as long as your account is. Don't get a hard copy. They all have to go through LSAC anyways.

Re: Letter of Rec. Question
What I would probably do is ask them to do it now while they're memory is fresh. I've had problems in the past with asking in advance and them scrambling later after they remembered that they had letters to write. You can tell them that there's no rush, but you would appreciate it if they could submit it soon.
And, if I'm not mistaken, they can submit it to the LSAC online, so no one would have to hold onto anything or deal with hard copies.
