Applying to multiple places ED: UVA and then GULC?
I know that you can't have pending ED apps at more than one school at a given time, but would it be possible to apply ED to UVA and then apply ED to GULC if you don't get in. UVA's turn around time is supposed to be 14 days, which theoretically would allow me to apply early to Georgetown.

Ya but I unless you are a splitter, I wouldn't ED. Those schools suck at sticker.

Do they primarily give schollys to splitters? I'm definitely not: GPA: 3.75/LSAT: TBD-obviously aiming for 169+

You probably won't get more than a nominal amount if you ED.mdrunner165 wrote:Do they primarily give schollys to splitters? I'm definitely not: GPA: 3.75/LSAT: TBD-obviously aiming for 169+
Also, if you do manage to hit 169 there is no need to ED. You should be able to crack the T14 RD

The reasoning is because splitter only usually have the choice between sticker at a good school or good scholarship at a shit school.mdrunner165 wrote:Do they primarily give schollys to splitters? I'm definitely not: GPA: 3.75/LSAT: TBD-obviously aiming for 169+

Re: Applying to multiple places ED: UVA and then GULC?
The above advice is definitely ideal, but if you were going to ED, you could even ED UVA, then ED Mich/Penn, then ED GULC, since the UVA ED can give you a decision before the mich/penn deadlines, and GULC will still be open when the mich/penn decision comes back. Of course this assumes you're talking about class of 2017, not class of 2016.

You basically shouldn't ED unless your GPA is below a certain threshold where you would pay sticker everywhere. Not sure what that number is, maybe around 3.5 or 3.3. But you are over it, OP.

Penn has a 2nd round in Jan so really you could theoretically squeeze in 4 EDs - not that the OP should ED at all
