In all seriousness though, I am placed first in my program. There's a considerable gap between me and the 2nd placed student

i don't think the difference will have too much effect but worth submitting nonetheless. youre in great shape with those numbers.

I doubt the difference between a 4.09 and 4.12 will really make much a difference. Obviously both are well above the 75ths at every school.

The difference is negligible as you are well above every school's 75th percentile for GPA. If it bothers you, apply then send in the new transcripts at your leisure.

Shit like this is what makes me hate Canada... how do we even treat their grades as real?
