Permanent City?

Post by Skier » Tue Dec 18, 2012 10:29 am

So just looking over my almost completed applications and realizing I didn't put a permanent city in...I think I thought it's rather strange to call my current residence "permanent" but I guess the city would just reflect my address before law school?

I have no intentions of staying in my current city after law school. That's why I'm a bit unsure whether to list it.

Realize this probably seems silly.

Just use the city that your drivers license lists. It's really just to know where to send you information if they don't ask for a separate mailing address and to help establish residency.

Thinking like a lawyer already. Does domicile require intent to remain permanently?
