Waitlisted
I was waitlisted at my top choice school two weeks ago. When is it appropriate to email/call to reiterate interest? Any ideas how to get off the waitlist? I have excellent softs and LORs, should I submit another LOR and from who. I am a non traditional student so I don't have a recent professor to vouch for me.

Re: Waitlisted
What are your numbers relative to theirs? Are you above one median and below the other, below both, above both, etc.

Re: Waitlisted
Both are slightly below. I was surprised by the waitlist so I am grateful to be there and that is wasn't a closed door.
They also said they do not rank their waitlist. They review each waitlist file as a seat comes open.
I don't want to come off as a pest.

Re: Waitlisted
Being below both medians it is far too soon to send them more info now. You should hold off until spring if you can bear to wait that long.
