LSAC Website
I just wanted to know if anyone else was having problems uploading documents to their applications on the LSAC website.

Are your documents PDF files?

Re: LSAC Website
No they are regular Microsoft Word documents. It was working for me at first. I had uploaded an admissions essay and it had attached. However, I then had to delete it because it was the wrong admissions essay for that school. Well actually the wrong length. So I deleted it and tried to upload the new one. But now every time I try to upload the new one or the old one I get a general error message and logged out of my account and told to call technical support if the problem persist. So I thought maybe it was just the system down for an unscheduled maintenance for Thanksgiving break or something.

This frequently happens to me when accessing/modifying my applications. I usually just reopen the browser entirely. It's pretty annoying and I don't think it's based on thanksgiving.

Re: LSAC Website
I have actually tried that as well using different browsers and it sill has not let me upload a new file. I guess I assume I will have to just wait until Monday when I can get into contact with technical support. I was thinking it could be my laptop. But in no way am I tech savvy.

Clear your cache in all your browsers then see if it works.

I think I will have to call tech support tomorrow because I emptied my cache and it still did not let me upload the file. Thank you for your help.

Re: LSAC Website
Okay so I just got off of the phone with a women in tech support. Seems she was having the same problem as I was when she uploaded at test document. So she has to put in a ticket for me to resolve the issue. So I take that it was something wrong with the LSAC Website. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
