Hey I realize through a quick Google search this is a common topic, but I couldn't find a case that seemed very similar to mine.

I was unaware that I required transcripts from a couple of education institutions I attended and have my applications 100% ready minus that. The two institutions omitted is a local one where I took one summer class and is mentioned in my four institution transcript. The other one is a pre-college I attended for a year while living in Quebec. When I transferred to the USA none of the credits from that school were credited (even though during my college applications, they considered it 12th grade of HS). As of submitting this application I have asked for both schools to send my official transcripts to LSAC and I noted both of them in my Resume and LSAC has sent me notifications that both transcripts are needed.

Was hoping if I could get some advice on how to proceed. Should I send in the applications? Should I have the Quebec college in my Resume (keeping in mind the schools Im applying to keep yelling at me through their guidelines to put all institutions attended).

You can send in the applications, but they won't be complete until LSAC gets and processes those transcripts. If you barely attended it, I would leave it off the resume but make sure to put it in any question asking for that information.
