Comprehensive Decision Notifications

I can't find a complete list of schools that either notify by via snail mail or e-mail, so let's begin with the T14:

Northwestern:
Your admissions decision will also be provided to you through the Status Check. Once a decision on your application has been made, you will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve it. This will be the only means by which you will receive your decision, so please keep your contact information updated.
