Traffic Ticket Character/Fitness

Post by kay2016 » Mon Nov 12, 2012 11:52 pm

Is there a proper way to report traffic violations on an application? Some have said not to worry about minor violations, others have asked for them all and I wasn't sure if I really needed to "explain" myself or just provide the information.

Any experience?

If they ask for it, you should absolutely disclose it in an addendum. Just a quick bit with the info. No need for an explanation on minor things like that.

So is something like:

"I have had x traffic violation(s). On XXX I was issued a speeding ticket that was promptly paid. Etc.

List of date(s)/ticket(s)."

Sufficient?
