Sending in application before receiving LOR...? Forum

I already have two letters of recommendations, but I am in the process of having somebody at my job write me another one. I want to have my applications in within the next week, and I know you can send in the application before receiving the LOR, but I am concerned that this may delay the schools from looking at my app. Will it? Any insight is appreciated.

Schools will not consider your app until it is complete, which for most schools requires 2 LOR's

Getting your apps in before Thanksgiving is worth more than a 3rd (especially professional) LoR. You can always send it in later.
