Cornell is one of my top choices, but it's a long shot due to my numbers: LSDAS GPA is 3.64 (ivy w/ honors), and my highest LSAT is 166. I am considering whether to apply Cornell Early Action (deadline is tomorrow). I have very solid work experience/recs and overall a pretty polished and coherent application.
It seems to me that for the EA round Cornell will probably only accept people whose numbers are attractive to them and so I will probably get dinged right away. So does it even make sense to pull the trigger on my app tomorrow? Would it be better for me instead to submit it right after the deadline to be at the top of the RD pool? Also, although not crucial, I could also use the couple of days to further enhance my personal statement.
I know it's a long shot either way...but any suggestions? Thanks!
