This question is asked constantly. Work experience isn't a game changing soft.

If your GPA/LSAT is solid and it leads to a good personal statement then yes. If not, then it doesn't matter because they wont read your app anyway.

Generally speaking, a twenty-something applicant is unlikely to have any softs that matter. Just about every applicant has a school leadership position or 2 years "interesting" work experience or a semester abroad. Think of it other way around - not having any softs can raise a question why not, but even then only if you're a borderline candidateNewLobo wrote:This question is asked constantly. There are softs that make a huge difference, but by and large very few people have such softs - hence the boost
