Penn JD/MBA- limited work experience

780 GMAT
3.62 UG BA

2 years disparate work experience ( 1 year at a packaging company doing sales/ 1 year as a headhunter). I also ran my own led importing business on the side. I know my WE is seriously lacking, but :

What are my chances if I for Wharton during the first year of Penn Law?
