I am at a big undergrad which I transferred into, and most of my teachers have been TA's. I have developed better relationships with them than regular professors, and I do not keep in touch with any professors from my previous college, so should I try to get a LOR from a professor that does not know me as well or go with a TA?

I think the general advice is that someone whom you've interacted with directly and who can actually speak to your strengths is always a better choice than someone who's maybe more prestigious. So I'd say get one or more of the TAs at your new school to write one.
