Applying as an undergraduate

Does applying as an undergraduate (I will have 4 courses left to complete when admissions open up) hurt one's application at top schools like Stanford and Harvard?

Hurt is a strong word. I would say it fails to help. That said, I get the sense that WE has become a big focus here and at HLS.
