Soliciting Fee Waivers LSAT Score?

I have a LSAT score from October 2011 and am now waiting for my October 2012 score. Should I begin soliciting my target schools now without the official score or wait until it is released? FYI, I expect my score to go from high 150's (Oct '11) to high 160's.

I recommend waiting until Oct 26th when scores are released because you will be applying to a completely different set of schools with that kind of increase.

FYI I scored 168 in June and here are places I was able to obtain merit waivers from with only LSAT score:

8/13 unsolicited merit F from Minn
8/21 unsolicited merit F from UCLA
8/21 unsolicited merit F from UGA
9/5 solicited merit F from Boston
9/7 solicited merit F from IUB
9/24 unsolicited merit F from Bama
10/16 solicited merit F from BC
